GLT Internal Systems Overview

INTERNAL DOCUMENT — FOUNDER USE ONLY

This document describes the complete digital architecture of the González Legacy Trust operational system — all modules, engines, flows, and integrations as implemented in GLT Mobile v8.2.

1. TRS — Trust Readiness Score System

Overview

TRS (0–200 scale) measures each beneficiary's merit, commitment, and readiness to receive Trust benefits. It grows automatically +1.5/month and increases through verified actions.

2. TES — Trust Equity System

TES represents each beneficiary's fractional ownership in Trust assets — like equity shares in a family company.

Grows through deposits (10% of amount), mission completions, and milestones
Displayed in Equity tab with projection engine
PIE Montecarlo Engine projects value at P10/P50/P90 scenarios
Sub-Trust Ledger tracks individual equity per beneficiary

3. Family Bank Module

Internal lending system at AFR rates — cheaper than commercial banks, funded by Trust assets.

Loan requests submitted by beneficiaries
Approval flow: Trustee reviews → approves → funds disbursed
Repayment tracking with AFR interest
Missed payments trigger TRS deductions
Founder override on any loan decision
Current loans tracked in family_bank_loans table

4. Legacy Seed Engine

Generational capital allocation system — each beneficiary allocates $5,000 between two strategies.

Línea A (Equity): Reduce Family Bank debt — saves interest at AFR rate × horizon
Línea B (Legacy): Motor 2 compound at 8% annualized — FV = $5,000 × (1.08)^t
Horizons: 10, 20, 30 years
Status: PENDING until Trustee validates physical funds
Stored in beneficiary_legacy_choices table

5. Insurance Compliance Engine

Tracks insurance compliance for all Trust properties — required for Down Payment approval.

Trust named as insured + additional insured
Loss payee verification
Carrier and policy tracking
Status: COMPLIANT / NON-COMPLIANT
Blocks Down Payment if non-compliant
Stored in home_acquisitions.insurance_compliance_json

6. Buffer Strategy System

Liquid reserve management — maintains Trust operational capacity.

7. THS — Trust Health Score Engine

Blended formula measuring overall Trust financial health (0–200 scale).

Formula: 70% weighted score + 30% Copilot formula
Copilot: ((Buffer + Assets×0.30) / max(Passives, $10K)) × 100

9. Dream Fund System

Talent investment fund — annual budget based on Track, approved by Trustee.

10. Bank Linker v8.2

Semi-automatic payment system connecting beneficiary contributions to Trust ledger.

Multi-step home acquisition process with fiduciary guards.

THS ≥ 60 (STABLE mode or better)
Buffer ≥ minimum operational

DP Boost

TRS 80–89: +$2,500 boost
TRS ≥ 90: +$5,000 boost

12. Founder Control Architecture

Override Authority: Can reverse any decision by Co-Trustee or Protector
Founder Directives: Standing instructions that govern Trust operations
Emergency Powers: Humanitarian Freeze, Compliance Freeze, immediate veto
TRS/TES Override: Can manually adjust any score
Acquisition Override: Can advance, revert, or block any step
Budget Control: Controls all fund allocations and budgets

Cannot: Move money, modify TRS/TES, emit Founder Directives

17. Impact Fund Module

Purpose

Permanently segregated, immutable fund for external charitable and religious causes. Governed by Article XIV of the Trust Agreement.

Funding Rules

10% of each designated partida → Impact Fund (automatic, mandatory)
10% of Impact Fund → Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día (irrevocable)
90% of Impact Fund → Trustee discretionary pool

Immutability Guarantees

No UPDATE or DELETE permitted via RLS — append-only ledger
Every record sealed with cryptographic integrity hash
Hash format: amount-cause-timestamp
Visible in CPA annual report

Separation

Impact Fund does not affect TRS/TES/LAS scores, sub-trusts, housing subsidies, Family Bank, Dream Fund, or any GLT operational mechanism.
